Learning w/ Mrs. Pitts
Hello
I am looking forward to working with your child. As your child’s case manager, Mrs. Sharon Pitts, I will be the key contact for providing information and maintaining communication throughout the year. I will be available to assist you with IEP and triennial reviews, scheduling meetings, questions about accommodations, and any other concerns you may have about their classes and academic setting. This is an important year for your child, as they will start to think of their future and prepare for their transition to college and adult life.

I am from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia! I love Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks of North Carolina!

I received my Bachelors degree in Business and my first Master's degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College in Springfield Mass.

I received my second Master's which is a MBA and I am working on my Doctorate in Business Administration from Saint Leo's University in Florida.

I was a Professor of Business Leadership at High Point University and Professor of Business Communication with Rappahannock Community College.

I taught Special Education and K-12 for over 10+ years and I love helping my students become the best they can be!

I have two son's, one is going up for Major in the Army and the other was a Firefighter and now a Bomb builder for the Navy.

I have two grandchildren that I adore and they are the reason I came to King George VA!

I own a cute little CAVA-POO and POMI-PUG and Labrador Retriever that I adore.

I love to ride Motorcycles, Four Wheeler and Bicycles.

I love all sports including Water and Snow Skiing, Golf, and Volleyball,
